Love this idea but there are several draw backs mentioned by others on here as well.
For one you can't link a domain name to give it that "professional" touch - a domain isn't a must but it is definitely good to have.
Secondly, responsiveness - I think the importance of responsiveness can't be overlooked and should be considered. Perhaps further along figma's product pipeline would be a autolayout in prototype view.
A few of these downsides can be solved using Anima (https://www.animaapp.com/). It'll enable responsive designs and I believe you can link it to a domain as well. It's a figma plugin which can render your artboards to a full website. Hope this helps!
